CIMSA UNAND: METAFASE

 

Pada tanggal 6 dan 7 November 2010, CIMSA Universitas Andalas (Unand) mengadakan "METAFASE" (MEeting and TrAining oFficiAL cimSa andalas univErsity). Bernama METAFASE karena Metafase merupakan salah satu proses pembelahan dimana nantinya diharapkan official CIMSA UNAND bisa menjadi "sel-sel" yang berkualitas.
Sesuai namanya, Metafase berisi training dan meeting. Trainer pada acara kali ini yaitu delegasi-delegasi UNAND yang sudah pernah mengikuti event nasional. Di sini kami berbagi ilmu dan pengalaman yang telah kami dapatkan di acara-acara nasional. Untuk training, ada sekitar 9 training, dimulai dari pengenalan CIMSA-IFMSA hingga Team Building .
Para official sangat antusias mengikuti acara ini, bisa dilihat dari pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang ditanyakan, SWG yang memunculkan ide-ide ajaib, dan semangat yang membara saat sesi games.
Setelah training, kami mengadakan meeting beberapa jam . Membicarakan kinerja kami selama ini dan masalah-masalah yang dihadapi.
Semoga dengan adanya Metafase ini, official CIMSA UNAND semakin kompak dan bisa memunculkan tim official yang super.
