The development of medical science and technology should be also supported by the qualified and competent human resource. So, medical students should be well prepared, as the potential human resource and also the next medical provider. Doing research could be one of the choices for the preparation. Nowadays, medical students are demanded to have a good knowledge and skills in doing research. Standing Comittee on Research Exchange (SCORE) CIMSA, as the group of student’s activities, initiate to facilitate medical students to do research, especially in exchange program. Exchange students would not just get ‘research experience’ but also the opportunity to exchange knowledge with another country.
Research Exchange is research program of medical students to experience of study of medical science in other state in a certain period. Medical Students will do research in their interest. Medical Students do not get salary during the program. One transfer unit program is valid for four weeks. Duration can be lengthened according to permission agreed on by student following program, counselor lectures as well as SCORE as the regulator of the program.
